Aramco partners with organizations and events that align with our strategic priorities, strengthen our brand, and create long-term value.

Organizations are welcome to submit a sponsorship proposal; however, proposals must demonstrate clear strategic alignment and partnership value.

Please review the criteria and eligibility guidelines below before submitting a proposal. 

Our sponsorship approach focuses on building meaningful partnerships that support Aramco’s business objectives and create measurable value for both parties.

Evaluation criteria

All sponsorship proposals must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered:

  • Alignment with Aramco’s strategic priorities or corporate narratives
  • Access to relevant audiences, including industry leaders, partners, or communities
  • Opportunities to enhance Aramco’s reputation as a global energy leader
  • Meaningful brand visibility, engagement, or thought-leadership opportunities
  • Tangible partnership benefits such as branding or speaking slots, access, or activation opportunities

Proposals that meet these criteria will be evaluated for relevance to Aramco’s operations, geographic priorities, and overall sponsorship portfolio.

Ineligible activities

Aramco does not sponsor:

  • Charitable foundations
  • Individuals or families
  • Religious activities
  • Political candidates, organizations, or campaigns
  • Memorials or endowments
  • Hospitals or medical research
  • Unregulated or independent activities that may endanger life
  • Memberships or programs
  • Societies or associations
  • Abstracts, papers, or research
  • Teams — including individual teams or team sponsorships
  • Awards — standalone awards or recognition programs
  • Infrastructure — capital projects such as buildings or permanent facilities

Submit a commercial sponsorship proposal

Before submitting a proposal, please ensure that it:

  • Aligns with Aramco’s strategic priorities and brand objectives defined above
  • Provides clear partnership value through visibility, engagement, or access
  • Does not fall within the ineligible categories listed above
  • Is submitted at least 90 calendar days before the proposed event or activity
